Since our products are handcrafted and made upon receiving an order. It takes around 7-8 Business days to craft and deliver your parcel.

You have the flexibility to make changes to your order until confirmation . Once your order is confirmed, it cannot be altered or modified.

Which payment methods are accepted for making a purchase?
We accept payments through various methods including cash on delivery, online bank transfers, EasyPaisa,Jazzcash,Upaisa & JSZindagi
Is COD available to customized orders?
No, we do not provide COD options for customized orders. The customer have to pay 50% Partial amount in advance.
What are the available methods for making a prepayment for custom orders?

Returns

Is it possible to exchange my artwork?
Please note that we do not have a return or exchange policy. However, we do have a replacement policy specifically for cases involving damaged shipments.
What steps should I take if I receive a damaged artwork?
If you receive any damaged artwork panels, kindly contact us via WhatsApp at 0318-461-9100. Please provide us with photos of the damaged item as well as photos of the box it was delivered in. We will be more than happy to send you a replacement, without any additional charges.
What steps should I take if I receive the wrong artwork?
Please send us a WhatsApp message at 0318-461-9100 with your order details and a picture of the artwork you received. We will arrange for the correct artwork to be delivered to you while collecting the incorrect one.
