Refund & Exchange Policy

Not 100% satisfied with your purchase? Any purchases made will get return period. Box it. Ship it. Wave goodbye. You'll receive a full refund. Change of mind regarding the frames will not be applicable for a full refund.

We have a 1-day return policy, which means you have 1 day after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If the frame is damaged or broken let us know in 24 hours after the delivery and we will be responsible for all the charges. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at return@taybaz.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged Item Or Incorrect Item

Taybaz offers a hassle free replacement policy in case of damaged/wrong product delivery. In case of damaged/wrong shipment, Taybaz will bear the return shipping charges. Taybaz will not be liable for any replacement if you don’t file your claim within 24 hours and return the product within 7 days of delivery.So that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Proceed With The Following Steps

  • WhatsApp us a picture of your product with a short description of the issue at 0318-461-9100 within 24 hours.
  • Carefully pack the item in its original packaging.
  • Our courier partner will deliver the replacement & collect the damaged/wrong shipment.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

Refunds are only applicable to damaged product. You can either take a cash back or we can send you the new article. In case of cash back the customer must bear one side delivery charges. If you choose a new article, we will delivery that frame and will pick up the damaged piece without any additional cost.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
